Research Project
“Deaths from global warming will double in just 25 years to 300,000 people a year” was
the topic im researching and it is false. 300,000 people died per year now, due to global
warming. The movie was filmed in 2005/06 and they predicted this, but we can now tell
the number will be higher in 25 years seeing as now, 5.5 years after the movie was filmed
its already wat they predicted for 25 years later. This crisis is defiantly caused by a
warming planet, this crisis is still occurring all over the world and will keep happening. It
occurs mainly to the poorer places which isn’t fair because they do the least amount to
cause global warming.

Some ways we use technology to avert global warming is with solar panels, they create
energy without as much pollution as out other ways such as burning fuels.
Re-usable energy could help and stuff as little as turning off your lights would help. The
world seems to be coming up with many new ways to help with global warming its
whether we will put them into action is the question, we all know what’s happening to
our earth but not many people are doing anything about it. Many people

Our Co2 footprint right now is pretty large some ways we can lower it are things like
preserve our forests. Stuff places like Vancouver can do is things like get solar panels and
Maybe have water usage restrictions so people can water there lawns everyday.
The government could put more money to things like solar panels or providing more
places for people to be able to recycle there items. Vancouver would be so much nicer for
people
